How we work

We start with a one-day diagnostic — contracts, policies, payroll setup, current open issues — and produce a short remediation list.

From there we operate as your fractional HR function. Your team has a named HR lead they can call, email or escalate to. We attend leadership meetings at the cadence you want.

We don't replace your payroll provider or your recruiter. We sit above them and make sure the pieces hang together.

What it costs

Engagements start from $3,500/month.

Final pricing is scoped per client based on staff numbers, complexity and the depth of involvement you want. We share a fixed monthly figure before any work starts — never a range that drifts.
